What’s for dinner?
Try out Totally Awesome Trade Secret Tacos!
The secret?
Hidden Veggies Galore!!!
4 Red Bell Peppers
2 Anaheim Peppers
2 Green Peppers
1 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 oz of Taco Seasoning (1 Packet)
2 pounds of your choice of meat (Beef, Chicken, Pork, or Turkey)
Purée all veggies and place in bottom of slow cooker. Place meat on top and then add taco seasoning to slow cooker.
Place on lid and set to HIGH for 6 hours.
Break up meat and stir until well combined.
Serve alone.
Serve with grated cheese.
Serve on top of rice, beans, diced potatoes, corn tortilla chips, or eggs.
